Questions I get asked most
Why is it only for new clients?
Because the whole point is the first hello. It's a gentle, low-pressure way to meet, for me to learn what your business is really about, and for you to see how I work before we commit to anything bigger. Once we've created together, there are other packages and monthly options designed for what comes next.
I've never been photographed. Is that a problem?
Not even slightly — it's honestly the best place to start. I'll direct you the entire time: where to stand, how to hold yourself, what to do with your hands. I work with business owners who feel awkward in front of a camera every week, and they almost always tell me it was far easier and more fun than they expected.
Where do we shoot?
Your place of work is usually the best backdrop — your café, salon, studio, workshop, office or job site. We can also create something beautiful outdoors, or book a studio if you'd love a polished, private space. Studio hire is booked separately and isn't included in the package price, so just let me know if you'd like it.
What do I actually receive?
25 professionally edited, high-resolution photos and one 30-second reel, filmed during your session and edited for social media. Everything arrives in your own private online gallery, where you can download your files and order prints and keepsakes whenever you like.
How long until I get my photos?
Your gallery is delivered within seven days — so the excitement from the shoot is still fresh when your content lands. If you have a launch or a deadline, tell me when you book and I'll do everything I can to help you make it.
Can you write my captions too?
That's not part of this package — but I'll happily point you in the right direction, and if planning and posting support is something you want ongoing, tell me on our call. There are monthly options built exactly for that.
I'm not in Townsville — can I still work with you?
Not this particular package — it's offered to Townsville clients only, because the whole idea is that I'm local and we can meet properly before we shoot. But I'm not Townsville-only forever: I work across Airlie Beach and the Gold Coast too, and I travel for the right project. If you're elsewhere and you'd love to work together, book a discovery call and I'll let you know my next trip your way — or we'll find the right package for you from my packages page.
